TePe Plaque Search is a quick and easy method to identify plaque and make tooth brushing more efficient.

1. Brush your teeth and clean between your teeth.
2. Chew a tablet thoroughly and then rinse your mouth thoroughly. Do not swallow the tablet.
3. Look in the mirror - red color indicates new plaque and blue color old plaque that was not brushed off at the latest tooth brushing.
4. Brush away the paint.
