L300's micellar water contains the skin's own moisture-retaining substances betaine and urea to help the skin maintain its moisture balance. Provitamin B5 has a moisturizing effect on the skin and makes it feel clean and fresh. Can be used as a facial cleanser or as a refreshing facial toner.
