Ellen Probiotic tampon is enriched with probiotics that help maintain the natural pH value of the vagina. The probiotic consists of the same lactic acid bacteria (LN® - Ellen's mix of three lactic acid bacteria strains) that are naturally found in a woman's healthy vagina and that help keep the bad bacteria away. During menstruation, the lactic acid bacteria can decrease in number and lead to an increased pH value, which can cause discomfort and discomfort. The lactic acid bacteria are located in the middle of the tampon and can be seen with the naked eye if you open the tampon. When the warm menstrual fluid moistens the tampon, the bacteria are transported to the surface and further to the vagina.
Size Medium is suitable for those who bleed "normally", and can be used as an intermediate step during menstruation.
Leave the tampon in for at least two hours. Remove the tampon when it is saturated - after a maximum of four to eight hours - and therefore choose a size in relation to how heavily you are bleeding.
